Refund & Returns Policy at Sew-Honey

every item is made to order and carefully personalised just for you.

Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Due to the custom nature of our personalised products, personalised items can not be returned or refunded unless:

• The item arrives faulty or damaged

• There has been an error made by us (e.g. incorrect name, design, or size sent)

We cannot accept responsibility for:

• Spelling errors submitted by the customer

• Incorrect sizing choices

• Colour choices once selected and confirmed 

 Faulty or Incorrect Items If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos of the issue Once reviewed, we will offer:

• A replacement, or • A full refund, depending on the situation

We do not accept returns on:

• Worn items

• Washed items • 

 Items must be in their original condition to be considered. 

Sizing

  • We use UK standard sizing, and detailed measurements are provided in each product description under "Size Guide" or "Size Chart"
  • We do not recommend sizing up, as our clothing is not a snug fit.

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect size selection on customers behalf,

 

Embroidery Disclaimer

Please note:

• Embroidery is stitched using specialised machinery, meaning each stitch has a start and stop point

• Small loose threads may occasionally remain after trimming, this is not a fault and can be trimmed with small scissors

• Due to the density of embroidery, fabric may show slight natural puckering, which can be improved by ironing

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after, Please get in contact as soon as possible.

 Processing & Shipping

Standard dispatch time: 4-7 working days

• Express dispatch time: 1-3 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once your order has been dispatched.

Refund Processing If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed back to your original payment method

• Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear
